Furniture over 30 kg is delivered by appointment with the carrier. Items are delivered to the door of the house or to the bottom of the apartment building. Packages weighing less than 30 kg can be delivered by courier without an appointment. In case of absence, the carrier will leave a pass notice allowing you to schedule a delivery appointment or notify you of the address of your nearest relay point in order to pick up your product. Delivery is available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 18 p.m. (depending on the institution's opening hours), excluding weekends and public holidays.
